1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@brunosniche.com. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the European countries.

  • Shipping Rates: International shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bruno's Niche is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Military Addresses: Shipping to military addresses may have specific restrictions and longer delivery times.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at info@brunosniche.com to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
